By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using the clinical, diagnostic, and home visit services provided by Hearvibe Hearing, Speech & Vertigo Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please consult our staff before proceeding with treatment.

2. Clinical Services & Diagnostics

All diagnostic evaluations (including Audiometry, Tympanometry, BERA, VNG, and Speech Assessments) are conducted by qualified professionals following evidence-based clinical standards.

• Diagnostic test results reflect the patient's condition at the time of testing and may require follow-up evaluations over time.
• Treatment outcomes (e.g., speech therapy progress, vertigo rehabilitation) vary based on individual physiological factors, age, and patient compliance.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We strive to maintain punctual service for all patients:

• Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment slot.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform our clinic at least 2 to 4 hours in advance via call or WhatsApp (+91 88009 40657 / +91 88009 40557).

4. Home Visit Services

Home visit doorstep diagnostic and consultation services are subject to geographic coverage, specialist availability, and prior confirmation. A home visit surcharge may apply depending on the distance from our primary clinic setup.

5. Hearing Aid Fittings & Warranties

Digital hearing aids sold through Hearvibe Clinic carry official manufacturer warranties. Repairs or damages caused by water immersion, physical impact, or unauthorized tampering are not covered under standard manufacturer warranty policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding elements, logos, custom website content, media graphics, and written information on this website belong to Hearvibe Hearing, Speech & Vertigo Clinic. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
